This policy covers the website at getbetter.care, operated by Get Better Care, LLC of Morrisville, Vermont (“we”). The CareBrief app has its own policy at carebrief.app/privacy.

What we collect

• Your email address, if you sign up for updates, along with when you signed up, the page you signed up from, any campaign tags in that page’s link (such as utm_source), and the country your connection came from.
• Visit statistics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without identifying you.
• Bot protection. The signup form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person, not a script, is submitting it. Turnstile looks at signals from your browser to do this and does not set advertising cookies.

We do not collect health information on this website, and we don’t set cookies of our own.

How we use it

We use your email address only to send you news about Get Better Care and its products, such as CareBrief. We do not sell or rent it, and we don’t share it with anyone except the service providers that run this site and send our email, who may use it only on our behalf.

Where it’s kept

This site and its signup list are hosted by Cloudflare in the United States. We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

Your choices

Every email we send will include an unsubscribe link. You can also email [email protected] at any time to unsubscribe, see the information we hold about you, or have it deleted.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
